Chapdelaine Builders 100 Year Anniversary Children's Playhouse Raffle

Chapdelaine Builders is raffling off a children's playhouse in celebration of our 100th year anniversary! All proceeds will be going to Shriners Children's Hospital. To enter the raffle, we are accepting payment through Venmo: @chapdelainebuilders, cash can be dropped off, or a check can be mailed to our showroom at 87 Shaker Rd. in East Longmeadow. We will have various events next year where we will sell raffle tickets. Tickets start at $5 each, or $20 for 5! The playhouse will be on display for the Fourth of July Parade in E. Longmeadow next year and the raffle will be drawn the next day. Make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay in the loop!

Excited About Color!

This home had an addition built to make a larger, more open space for the living and dining rooms, as well as the kitchen, which all have loads of bright natural lighting filling up the space. The kitchen provides plenty of storage within the base cabinets, some wall cabinets, and a large double pantry space. The room is kept light and airy with open shelving and light paint colors. The bathrooms have much character to them with a high back cast iron sink, beautiful teal colors, and fun decor accent pieces.

Here we have a traditional home located in Longmeadow, MA with a newly updated Kitchen and Bathroom. Our clients' welcomed the magnificent color of Knoxville Gray into their home with their new kitchen cabinetry. The countertops are made of Quartzite. This top notch cut of natural stone has a green tined grain that ties in perfectly with the rest of the kitchen. There is plenty of storage, as they have a large pantry and tall storage closet. Around the corner from the Kitchen is a stylish half bath with a pedestal sink and a minimalistic checkered floor design.

One Room That Has it all!

This was a renovation project done by RJ Chapdelaine. In the previous floor plan, the Kitchen, Dining room, and Sitting room were all separated from each other (see before and after pictures), and the fireplace was smack-dab in the middle of it all. RJ knocked down all the walls, moved the fireplace, and created a brand new open space that is now all three rooms in one. Look at our photo gallery to see the amazing transformation!
